Solution to Israel-Palestine Conflict

Philistines or now Palestinians have lived in the current State of Israel since Biblical Abraham. Despite the fact that the Israelite tribe had to leave this land because of famine and the Roman Empire destroyed the Temple of Jerusalen and forced most of them out in the year 70, the then Jews survived in other countries. After the fall of the Ottoman empire, the British Empire decided to divide the Middle East, leaving Palestine under British rule. After the first World War, the British suggested to create the State of Israel, but it was until after the second World War, that the British, the former Soviet Union, and the United Stated made great efforts to have a place for the Jews, creating the State of Israel. Europeans did not like Jews in the Middle Ages because they killed Jesus Christ. Maybe out of guilt because what Hitler did to the Jews in Europe, these countries did not want the Jews from the concentration camps. Since 1948, the conflict started with the Nakba, which was the violent displacement and dispossession of Palestinians and their culture. War has been recurrent for 75 years in a never-ending cycle of violence. There is only one political solution to put an end to this Israelite-Palestine conflict, that is, two independent states, Israel and Palestine. However, the United States and Great Britain do not accept to negotiate with the so-called terrorist organization, Hamas. Today, Afghanistan is now run by the then so-called terrorists, the Taliban. Yet, without recognition of Hamas as a party, and without the political will of Israel to divide this land in two countries, there is no solution in sight. History has shown over and over again that violence generates violence. Of course, both parties must be willing to give something and compromise on how to divide the land. This will not be an easy task after the total destruction of Gaza. It seems that there can be no reputed neutral mediator in the conflict, the only forum could be the United Nations, provided that no country vetoes a mandatory resolution of this organization. Violence and wishful thinking will never solve this 75-year conflict. In conclusion, the powerful Roman and later the British Empire created this conflict. Now the most powerful country, the USA, could end to this conflict now and forever.
